Douglas has proven results managing multi-million dollar accounts, projects and business operations. He has diverse business experience with successful assignments in; i) corporate facilities / real estate, shared services and lean / six sigma (black belt), and ii) pharmaceutical pricing, managed care sales / marketing and contract operations. After starting his career with a small savings & loan, and subsequently a private real estate investment group; the majority of Douglas's career has been with Merck & Co., Inc. Initially being recruited as an associate in the Real Estate Services Group (Global), Mr. Treger continued to earn promotions and new assignments, first as the facilities lead for the Company’s Sales and Marketing Division, then to various pharmaceutical pricing, account management and business operations positions. Douglas holds a BS in Mathematics from Creighton University, an MS in Real Estate Development & Investment from New York University, and an MBA in Finance / International Business from New York University.

Hochhauser has been working for over 15 years in various levels of finance and business management roles for a range of Fortune 500 companies within the industrial manufacturing, materials, and pharmaceutical industries. His expertise resides in portfolio management, strategic planning, price strategy, and cash management. David most recently was the Finance Director for Ingersoll Rand’s $3.5B Trane Commercial Equipment business. Prior to Trane, David held multiple management roles at Covalence Specialty Materials (formerly Tyco International’s $2B Plastics and Adhesives division). David started his career at the industrial conglomerate AlliedSignal (now Honeywell International), and then Schering Plough (now Merck). David holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Concentration in Management Information Systems, from the Binghamton University School of Management, Binghamton, NY.
